If you’d like to share resources or trusted contacts, please reach out to us! Maybe you’ve had a great experience with a talented painter or carpenter. We’re looking for designers with exceptional success. Since our last video, we’ve taken back feedback we received and combined it with our office’s resources. Our list hopes to save time and energy when people need to call a professional to work on their home. Instead of making multiple phone calls, our list provides you with a local contact you can trust.

Meet Kevin Ratliff, Our Latest Team Member

Today we are excited to introduce the newest member of our team. Kevin Ratliff has joined our team as a broker, and we are going to talk to him about why he decided to join Pridemore Properties to help him launch his real estate career.

Choosing who to work with was a long, hard decision for Kevin. We spent a lot of time talking about the business and the entire process of building a real estate career up. What the decision boiled down to for him was having the exciting opportunity to help people make one of the best, and biggest, decisions of their life.  Another selling point for Kevin was the fact that we have a great, comforting team atmosphere that he was able to jump into from day one.

“It may sound cliche, but to me, my friends and family, and my community, I want to help those people. That’s what’s important to me,” Kevin said.

Sometimes, we’re in contact with clients a year or two in advance before they make their first purchase. We tend to want to service our clients and, ultimately, become friends with them. In return for a positive experience, maybe they’ll refer us to their friends and family.
When it comes to working to working with our clients, we build up our relationship. It’s truly about the relationship to build the client’s confidence. If you enjoy the people you work with, you share your interests and community with those you’re close to. That builds into people learning you’re in the business.
Positively helping clients through the transaction greatly impacts their decision to refer you to someone. Referrals are the oldest type of marketing that exists! Prospective clients trust a referral from someone they know. It’s a process based on customer service and trust.

When you provide someone with excellent service, they feel confident and comfortable associating themselves with you. They trust you to connect your business with a friend or family member.
Likewise, we’re sometimes asked by clients to refer them to a builder or contractor. That means we’re always a solid resource to them, because of the positive experiences we shared together. These positive interactions open doors for positive business contacts. Our responsibility is to be that resource for anything related to real estate or the home. Our business has the opportunity to deal with many different trades and contacts. We get a good vibe for what services, projects, personalities, and more work well in different situations.
